Beware of fake arctic.tf websites and servers
Fake websites and game servers are impersonating arctic.tf. Check addresses carefully, never enter your Steam credentials on suspicious sites, and only join servers you can verify through arctic.tf.
We have become aware of fake websites and game servers pretending to be arctic.tf. They are not operated or endorsed by us. A name, logo, or server tag is easy to copy, so please verify where you are before signing in or connecting.
Before you sign in
- Our official website is arctic.tf. Official services use this exact domain or a subdomain ending in
.arctic.tf, such as reserve.arctic.tf. Misspellings, extra words, different endings, and addresses such asarctic.tf.example.comare not arctic.tf. - arctic.tf uses Steam OpenID. If Steam asks you to authorize a sign-in, the page where you enter your Steam credentials must be on
steamcommunity.com. We will never ask for your Steam password directly on an arctic.tf page. - Do not sign in through links sent in unexpected direct messages, server chat, or suspicious search results. If in doubt, type
arctic.tfinto your address bar yourself.
Before you join a server
- Use the official server list for public servers. For a reserved server, use only the connection details shown by the reservation you created on reserve.arctic.tf.
- A copied name, logo, or tag does not make a server official. If you cannot verify a server through an arctic.tf site you opened yourself, do not join it or download files sent by its operators.
If you reach a suspicious site or server, leave immediately and do not enter any information. If you already entered your Steam credentials on a suspicious site, go to Steam directly to secure your account and contact Steam Support.
